Yes. Soderbergh shot Ocean´s Eleven on analogue 35mm, or its Super35 variant. These source materials were rescanned and restored for the Ultra HD release to create a new high quality 4k master. The disc can therefore be expected to make the most of the source material and present the film in the highest quality available, which given the advances in reproduction, surpasses even what we have seen in the cinema. Compared to legacy Blu-ray releases, which were already below the capabilities of the format at the time of release, this will also be a huge leap, not only due to the quality of the compression, but also due to the ability of UHD and HDR to extract much more image and luminance information from analogue tapes. Nothing is likely to surpass the UHD presentation of a film in terms of quality, so it can be said that this is the definitive representation of film.
