Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

Yes. All of Alfred Hitchcock's films were logically made on analogue, i.e. by photochemical recording on 35 mm film. For the first 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray release of Hitchcock's classics, Universal pulled these filmstrips, including Rear Window, from the archives, completely restored them, scanned them in 4k, and used these scans to create a native 4k master for each of the titles in the collection.

There's absolutely no question that Hitchcock's films have never looked better, and thus Rear Window certainly hasn't: the 4k resolution makes the most of the theoretical resolution of 35mm film, while HDR and WCG suck every last shade of colour out of the thriller and take advantage of the considerable dynamic range of analogue material. There is no doubt, then, that this is a reference disc whose weaknesses in the visuals are only evident in the optical effects or the irreversible damage to the film stock (though this has largely been eradicated by the restoration).
