Will I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

The same applies to this film as to the previous installment: Guy Ritchie filmed his reimagining of Sherlock Holmes on classic 35mm film (and its Super 35 variation), but for post-production, the materials were scanned and finished in 2k. Only high-speed shots were filmed digitally, and they were in 1080p. Although the theoretical resolution of the film stock is significantly higher, the master was finished in 2k, and for UHDBD purposes, the video has been upsampled. In this case, the upgrade is more about improving compression quality, which was quite poor on the original Blu-ray discs, and of course, you can expect the usual benefit of expanded color and brightness range with HDR and WCG. Given all this, it is expected that the UHDBD will extract the maximum from the original masters, and the film is unlikely to look any better than on this disc.
