Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. The second Predator was shot on 35mm film at a time when films were still being post-produced photochemically. So there was no digital print interference and any digital tricks were imprinted directly onto the film stock. This allowed the studio to access the original negatives, scan them for the Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation, and create a native 4k master. The transfer thus bears the hallmarks of a classic analogue presentation, including relatively coarse film grain. Foreign reviews praise it and agree that the second Predator has never looked better.
