Will I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. Men in Black was shot back when digital transition prints were not very common and digital effects were etched onto film, which was thus completely photochemically finished. This allowed the studio to go back to the original negatives, scan them in 4k and then provide the master as a source for the native 4k Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation. This, in addition to a significant increase in resolution and higher quality compression, is enhanced by the expansion of brightness and colour space, i.e. HDR and WCG - and to make matters worse, the soundtrack has been remixed into Dolby Atmos. So, as is often the case, Ultra HD Blu-ray represents the best possible form of a film that didn't look any better in its theatrical release and, more importantly, is highly unlikely to look any better, as Ultra HD Blu-ray makes the most of the visual information that analogue tape is capable of providing.
