Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

The eighth installment of the Potter series was shot on 35mm film. This was scanned and the subsequent digital post-production was done in 2k. For the Ultra HD Blu-ray presentation, the master was therefore upsampled from a lower resolution. Despite this, the new transfer has a noticeable benefit to the amount of detail and sharpness, especially in textures and film grain. According to foreign reviews it then benefits mainly from HDR. This concentrated on the lower tones. The UHD presentation has therefore reduced the brightness and dipped into deeper shades of black. The transfer is therefore darker and in places even more desaturated than on Blu-ray, yet it reportedly manages to separate objects much better in terms of brightness (it works more effectively with contrast) and looks more natural (for example, due to better skin colours). The cinematography of recent installments in the series has emphasized darkness, and the HDR pass for UHDBD seems to honor that artistic intent to the last bit. Additionally, the film has been newly remixed in DTS:X.
