Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Ridley Scott shot The Martian on Red Epic Dragon and Red Scarlet Dragon digital cameras, which shot at 5k resolution. At the same time, he used GoPro Hero4 action-cameras, which record at 4k resolution, for many of the shots. In each case, the footage came together in post-production on a master whose resolution stopped at 2k. For the Ultra HD presentation, the film is therefore upsampled. Still, foreign reviews highlight the disc's better ability to draw detail, so the increase in resolution is noticeable, they say. In addition, the film has benefited from HDR grading, which has taken the image definition even further with advanced contrast and better colour handling.
