Do I get native 4k Ultra HD?

Yes. It's becoming a Hollywood standard that we like a lot: studio blockbusters are increasingly being produced entirely in 4k. Shazam is one of them: shot on several kinds of digital cameras from Arri, falling under the upgraded LF series, the second installment about a teenage superhero was shot in 4k and then post-produced in that resolution. The result is a native 4k master that, in addition to its tremendous attention to detail and superb sharpness, boasts excellent use of HDR, as it was already "base" colored for Dolby Vision. Together with the obligatory Dolby Atmos, it all adds up to another notch in the list of reference spectacles.
