Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

Yes. Given the age of Spartacus, it's no surprise that the film was made entirely photochemically - Kubrick shot it on 35mm film. This allowed the studio to delve into its own archives and unearth the original negatives for the anniversary. These were photochemically restored, digitised (the scan was done in 6k!) and then digitally cleaned to create a new digital print - the master was then, of course, given 4k resolution. UHDBD therefore reflects a high quality master with a tremendous attention to detail. In addition, it can benefit from the enhanced WCG and HDR capabilities, which is also on the disc in Dolby Vision form. In other words, Spartacus looks better than ever and it's almost certain that it won't look any better.
