Do I get native 4k ULTRA HD?

Yes. Disney has finally opened its "vaults" and started releasing its first catalogue titles on UHDBD - and responsibly. This means that they went back to the original film negatives (Signs was shot on classic 35mm), completely restored those, and then used that work to create a new scan and therefore a master in native 4k. UHDBD can therefore be expected to be the best reproduction to date of a film that, given the capabilities of today's UHD and HDR, didn't even look this good in cinemas. In other words, this is probably the definitive version for home theaters, it doesn't get any better than this.
